What is a talent strategy?
At its most basic level, talent strategy is used to recruit, hire, onboard, and retain employees. However, a real talent strategy goes far beyond filling open positions. Rather, it considers an organization’s initiatives, the strengths and weaknesses of various teams, the skill gaps in certain roles, talent development opportunities, and how to improve the overall employee experience. It’s a lot to consider.
